I found the whole experience to be a breeze. Ben is very knowledgeable and I ended up with a better design that we had envisaged. The application with the council was taken care of and passed on the first attempt. The final booklet with all the designs was fantastic and even the builder commented that they don’t normally get given such detail.

Ben was very professional to deal with and responded quickly to any queries we had. He was quick to draw up plans and was open to feedback to make the changes that we asked for. He submitted planning permission for us and also arranged building control and structural calculations. We would happily use the practical planning company again in future.
