After a recommendation to speak with Ben at the practical planning company for a side extension we was thinking about, i found the whole experience to be a breeze. Ben is very knowledgeable and I ended up with a better design that we had envisaged. The application with the council was taken care of and passed on the first attempt. The final booklet with all the designs was fantastic and even the builder commented that they don’t normally get given such detail. Would definitely, and have already, recommended.
