Ben was very professional to deal with and responded quickly to any queries or questions we had. He was quick to draw up plans for a small conversion of an outbuilding and was open to feedback to make the changes that we asked for. He was also able to provide good advice on the whole process for us as this was our first time going through planning permission and also put us in touch with a few recommended builders to help us get quotes. He submitted planning permission for us and also arranged building control and structural calculations for us which was very handy. We would happily use the practical planning company again in future.
