My project was a side extension for which I received great ideas; lots of information and advice; crystal clear answers to any questions and endless patience and understanding when I changed my mind on several occasions!

Ben was amazing to work with and as was Denise who kept me up to date with progress as and when needed- so this really is a team effort and it shows.

Can I think of any ways that the service could be improved? No. Everything is well thought out, clear to follow with excellent guidance and advice every step of the way.

We have this year employed Ben to draw up plans for our house extension. The whole process was very clearly written and explained to us, with a 'customer process leaflet' giving us full information regarding all of the stages from start to finish, including as and when payments were required. These stages were completed very professionally and we were kept informed all the way through. Ben was very approachable and open to all of our ideas. We have received a full pack with all drawings in hard copy and electronic. A list of Builders were given to us, on request and they are all familiar with Ben's Drawings, which makes life easier when arranging quotes etc. We are now at the stage of recruiting a company to produce our ideas... once complete, we hope to have photographs to show Ben just how his drawings have come to life. Exceptional! That is the word we'd use to describe the way Ben and Denise supported our journey. Starting by the suggested design, up until the delivery of the technical drawings, we were extremely pleased with the quality and standard of service that we were provided with. Ben has a gift to make things very easy to understand to someone that, like us, has no experience or knowledge in the area. He listened, understood and improved our initial concepts to a way that we never thought it could be done! All in a very relaxed but professional manner, with no impositions or pressure, and with tremendous clarity. The communication with Ben and Denise was always very easy and efficient. Any doubts or issues were clarified in a matter of minutes and we always felt reassured that they would be there to support us throughout all the works.
