We have this year employed Ben to draw up plans for our house extension. The whole process was very clearly written and explained to us, with a 'customer process leaflet' giving us full information regarding all of the stages from start to finish, including as and when payments were required. These stages were completed very professionally and we were kept informed all the way through. Ben was very approachable and open to all of our ideas. We have received a full pack with all drawings in hard copy and electronic. A list of Builders were given to us, on request and they are all familiar with Ben's Drawings, which makes life easier when arranging quotes etc. We are now at the stage of recruiting a company to produce our ideas... once complete, we hope to have photographs to show Ben just how his drawings have come to life.
