The PPC have been amazing at every single stage of our planned property extension. As a couple with two young children, who have never extended a property previously, their patience, support and sound advice has been much appreciated. Although we had a rough idea of what we wanted to do originally, Ben was able to take our thoughts to the next level, raising questions and alternatives along the way, to ensure we were always thinking about how we ultimately wanted to live in the property - which has become even more important during the events of 2020. No question ever felt too ridiculous, and he was even happy to draw up scenarios / alternatives where we were unsure, to help clarify our judgement. He has also provided significant support in dealing with planning, building control and the drawings for steelworks – we have pretty much left it all in his hands. And this was all for the same agreed cost upfront, which was over 50% less than any other alternative architect we spoke to in the area. I have already recommended Ben to several colleagues and friends and will continue to do so – they offer a great service!
