I was recommended to contact Ben from ‘The Practical Planning Company Ltd’ as the service he provides was outstanding... I was not disappointed. Ben was quick to respond to the requirement for a partial new layout of our 2 bedroom bungalow. Within days, Ben had 3 new designs with which we could consider. Once we had made the decision, Ben organised all of the planning and structural requirements to be passed.
