Can't fault Ben or PPCo. The service offered is high and usually of fixed cost covering all thoughts and plenty of opportunity to rethink and modify without cost. Plenty of advice offered also, options for building control and civil eng consultancy passed too. I spoke to Ben, long after the plans were passed to us and his commitments had officially ended and he was every bit as helpful.
